Asset Selection

To ensure system efficiency and protect borrowers and suppliers, only the most liquid assets are allocated to the pool. Assets will be evaluated and ranked in order based on multiple liquidity metrics. Higher-ranking assets would have more liquidity than lower-ranking assets.

To begin, data crawling is used to collect asset data on a daily basis. The assets meeting the minimum criteria in terms of market cap, volume, ratio of circulated to total supply and other factors will then be filtered into phase 3 for liquidity measurement and ranking. In phase 3, we evaluate the asset market and rank the assets using a set of metrics such as Turnover ratio, Current ratio and Hui heubel liquidity ratio. The top-ranking assets would then be further analyzed and entered into the voting section before being officially added into the pool.
