Termination

The agreement set out in these Terms will terminate upon the completion of all sales of RIKKEI FINANCE. The Seller reserves the right to terminate the agreement set out in these Terms, in its sole discretion, in the event of a breach by you of these Terms. Upon termination of these Terms:

• all of your rights under these Terms immediately terminate;

• you are not entitled to any refund of any amount paid whatsoever, save in the case where these Terms are terminated by the Seller without any breach by you of these Terms;
